As the title says, what optics are you using on your belt-feds? Why did you choose the optics you chose? Did you try any others before settling on them, and, if so, what about those prior choices made you decide to move onto something else? I have a Fightlite Raptor arriving tomorrow and still haven't decided on an optic, so help me decide. |

I use an Elcan M145 on my M249S (has the MG reticle)... and do so because that's what they used on the real M249's. I have a pic mount for my M1919A4, but don't have an optic on it. So I'm curious to know what others use (if any). I know a lot might say it's blasphemy to use any optic on a 1919.

My Stoner 63a does not have any native ability to mount an optic when in beltfed configuration but I did make a mount for a Aimpoint T-1. Attached File On my open bolt Colt LMG I use an Elcan M145 with the MG reticle.  The Elcan is very nice to use, wide field of view, clear glass and instant ranging. |
