Many shops are selling guns that are suspect. Where are you FFL getting the information that guns like the Mini14 are compliant. It has a barrel shroud and removable mag. Same with the M1A. Is there a publication from ISP that provides this information? |

OP, you're probably better off asking in the Illinois Hometown Forum rather than in a national FFL forum where most of the FFLs are from 49 other states and won't be able to help you. |
