Hi, does anyone have much experience with these uppers? I need feedback on the 22" version. Average group size is the 22" barrel enough? |

22" barrel is way too short for a 50 BMG barrel. This is a cartridge that was designed for a 45" barrel of the M2 machinegun. 30" is the minimum length for serious long range use. If you just want a heck of a fireball and to fire a big slug, the 22" is fine. Not much use for one long range with that short of a barrel -David Edgewood, NM |

I have one and I really enjoy it. Going to Chrono it tommorow for the first time with my loads. I haven't had a chance to shoot it over 100 yds yet. I decided I enjoyed the platform so I ordered an ALS upper which is a 12 month backlog. I'll still keep my UL-50 as its a fun gun that can be shot AND carried
