So I had my trust notarized Friday, but now I've read that I need a stamp as well as a seal to e-file. Since you can't e-file a form 4, but it does require a copy of the trust, so I need to get another notery to re-do it or see if this one has a stamp in addition to her seal?
Thanks guys. |

Not sure what you're reading, or where... Are you referring to the ink stamp vs the embossed seal? No reason for both. One is fine. If they used the embossed version, you can lightly shade it with a pencil before you scan it so it shows up better. |

What I had read stated that a ink stamp was necessary for scanning, but that makes sense with the shading. |
