I am Using Quicken WillMaker Do I want to create a Basic Living Trust? If I want my brother to have full access to all of my class 3 toys do I need to name him as a Trustee? and if so do I call the trust “John Doe and Jim Doe Trust” ? Can my brother legally have access to my class 3 firearms if I am the only one listed on the ATF paperwork? |
