...in between my synthetic stock and the receiver on my M1a; do y'all just get over it, or do you fill it with epoxy or something?

Or do you buy a stock that doesn't have the cutout?

I'm talking about the cutout for the full auto select.

Thanks.

When I refinish a USGI Synthetic stock I fill in the Selector Cutout/Frt Notch as well as the gap on the left side. I then fir the stock to a demilled M14 receiver and spare trigger group.

Or you can alway buy a Sparrow Hawk Dumby Selector to fill the hole.

What do you fill it in with, 5 minute epoxy?

I guess you're painting the whole thing also.

Mine is in great shape (doesn't need refinishing) but the cut out is bothering me some.

I use JB Weld, some use Marine Tex and others use Bondo.

I have had good luck with JB weld as well.

Just paint the stock with the words:
