Which one would you go with if you couldn't afford Crye?  TRU or Propper multicam?  BTW, from what I could determine, TRU is made with 50/50 nylon/cotton ripstop and Propper is 65/35 poly/cotton battlerip.

TRU Spec, because I already own a full set, including MICH helmet cover.; no issues so far.

I just saw on the EPROPPER website that you can now get the various blends of materials with Propper as oppossed to just the poly/cotton 65/35 mix.

According to Propper's order part of the website, https://www.epropper.com/products/5/BDU%20Trouser.htm , you can only choose Mulicam in 65/35 poly/cotton.

Anyway, aside from Propper or TRU, which fabric do you think is superior and why, 65/35 poly/cotton twill or 50/50 nylon/cotton ripstop?

50/50 for warmer weather, 65/35 for cooler weather. Either one will work though truthfully.

Then why do they have the "Choose Fabric" Option?

Have you tried it?  When you "Choose Fabric,"  it gives you all the availiable camo patterns in the piece of clothing (in the link above, it is BDU style pants).  Anyway, go to my link and click the 50/50 nyco and see if you can pick the multicam camo.  It should have an "X" through it.  It did for me anyway.

Does the tru-spec work with the 511 knee pads or any particular ones?  Their website doesn't say?

They will, but you do have to cut them a little. I just got the Tru-spec pads and they fit right in.  They cost less also

the 511 pads will fit the SKD pants.
