Sorry, I looked around and just want to make sure before I send the papwerwork out. I am doing this as and individual. I need to send:
ATF Form 1 (5320.1) x 2 ATF Form 5330.20 x 2 Fingerprint Cards x 2 and $200. Sound right? |
I am just paranoid because my Form 4 took 10 months even when the papwerwork was right.

Maybe theres been some changes. My last Corporate transfer was several years ago, but they required the citz form then. They said whoever signs the form, needs the CTZ form also. |
