| I am looking to get a 5.56 specific and a 7.62 multi-caliber suppressors. Which ones would require the same mounting device. I don't want to get one of each and have to worry about changing flash hiders or something of that sort. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. |

SilencerCo's Specwar K (5.56) and Specwar 762 as well as the Omega, all use the ASR mount.
The Specwar K is a nice suppressor, not too heavy and with a pleasing tone. The Specwar 762 sounds great too but it is long and heavy, the Omega is also 30 cal and is much shorter and much, much lighter and sounds great as well, with a nice deep tone, especially when the as shipped anchor break is used. The Omega comes with one brake mount and when you register it with SiCo the will send you a free flash hider mount. It also comes with a direct thread module if you ever want to direct thread mount it to a bolt 308 or 300wm similar. JPK |
