Bought my suppressor from a local shop that uses the Silencer Shop kiosk they had it in stock. Bought on 1/7/26 at 7pm Got the ATF SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS email 1/8/26 Approved 1/20/26 no ATF email, just a call from the shop to pick it up. Sent off a eForm 1 to short barrel another shotgun on 2/4/26 Got the ATF SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS a few minutes after submitting the form. I have digital EFT prints. I've heard form 1's are taking around 20 days average. |

I am here. Thursday will be 2 weeks from accepted certification. The up side is the last 2 weeks have been too cold to do anything outside anyway. |

@spyderboy03 Boy Howdy...it sure does! My FFL re-ssubmitted both of my Form 4's and they both got accepted on 2/3/26...They didn't show up on my e-file account like the first two did. I didn't know I that had to void the first two forms... I will do that now! ETA: E=Forms appears to be down now....

Now I have to wait for them to be voided before I can resubmit. Hopefully that's not the same wait as a normal submittal. @spyderboy03 Ah, ok then! |

When I sent a form 1 off to short barrel my Draco, I got a denied email the next day. While filling out the form I used the paperwork from my FFL when I put the serial number in. On the gun it had ROA in front of the serial number, but since it wasn't on the paperwork that came with the gun I never added it to the form. The ATF wanted it added. I called them and they said to resubmit the form, and my $200 would go back on my credit card within 4 weeks. It was approved 4 days later. |

| Certified a form4 suppressor on 1/13 and another on 1/20, both single shot trust, nothing yet, also did a form1 sbr with eft prints on 1/16 on regular gun trust and nothing on it either. |

I submitted a Form 4 on a trust on 1/3 and it was approved on 1/6. I submitted another Form 4 on 2/5 with no movement. Form 1s on 2/11 and 2/14 with nothing yet either. All on trusts. Seems they are slowing WAY down now. Still not as bad as my first few that took over a year each, but it is annoying when they were coming back in just a few days last year. |

I have a Form4 individual submitted on 2/10, eft prints. nothing yet. Seeing control numbers with same submission date on r/nfa within a couple of mine being approved. Those sub 48 hour approval times really spoiled me. Edit: Capitol sent me an email at 16:10 saying they got the approval. No approval email from ATF |

Form 4 Trust Certified 01/17 Approved 02/17 I actually got the email. I was hearing most filings under structure were only received by the dealer, but not me. A whole month...while I watched so many people pass me by. Make sense of this mess at the ATF..... |
