Is it at all possible for paper formed machine guns and silencers to be moved into eforms? ATF has been less than helpful in getting this done. Firearms in question are a dealer sample factory machine gun Valmet M78 in .308 and a transferable M16A1. Valmet is on a form 3 from 1984 and the M16 is on a form 4 from 1981. Silencers are older, Ceiner and Billistics Inc. that all pre-date eforms. None of them show up in inventory on eforms. My second question, what is the procedure for expediting processing for a SOT that is going to surrender thier FFL and SOT? |

I've heard of this happening but I can't remember if you have to work with the NFA branch or with ATF eforms "ask the experts" to fix it. |
