OK I just finished my Fab 10 AR 15......and theres no bolt catch? How the heck am I supposed to keep the bolt open during cease fire so the range nazi doesnt crap his pants?

there are a couple saftey blocks.

one type inserts in thru the magwell and I've seen this at Bushmaster.

the other sticks in thru the ejec. port.

There's no bolt catch because if you lock the bolt to the rear, you wouldn't be able to open the gun to reload it, because the bolt carrier would lock the receivers closed.  It would also prevent you from using stripper clips to load the fixed mag.

7IDL,

FAB-10s don't have open mag wells, but there are a number of "chamber flags" that can be used.  Armalite sells orange L-shaped flags that would work fine.
