Is there any way to make it into a scout rifle without permantly altering the rifle. If not what scope mouts will alter it the least. Any help would be appreciated.

I would avoid anything from B-Square.

...ive heard nothing but good things about the mount for the Enfield No4mk1s...

why you have no faith in the product line? I was hoping to get some of their products in the future. Please elaborate and share

Their products range from junk to worse. I can think of at least two that are better for that rifle. I'd elaborate but I just don't have time now.
