I just purchased a Ciener M203, Colt copy M203 40mm DD. I am missing a couple of small parts and have some questions about the pins and roll pins so I can get this thing together. If you have stripped one bare or put these together please IM me. |

I can at least help you with the most recent M203 technical manual and direct support maintenance/assembly guide including repair parts and special tools list. It's on Scribd in .PDF format: The assembly steps with exploded parts diagrams and all component TM part numbers begins at Section 3-10. I believe your '90s-era Ciener uses all milspec components but check with a known expert here for confirmation on that. |

It's been a few years, but I've ordered M203 small parts from LMT. They don't list the parts on their site and I had to call in and get a sales guy familiar with the M203, but they were willing to sell them. I'd recommend giving them a call before hunting the internet for used/surplus parts. |
