Will the ATF allow a homebased FFL for only gun show sales and internet sales if it is OK with local zoning to operate that kind of business out of your house?
Someone told me that you must be allowed to do face to face retail sales or the ATF will not grant you a license. |

They will not issue a license for "gun shows only" - you'd have to have some other component to your business; internet sales, walk-up, etc. |
| No, they will not. You must be able to conduct a sale from your licensed premise. That doesn't mean that you have to conduct a sale from your licensed premise, but ATF will ask the zoning officer if you can make a sale from your location. If that zoning officer answers in the negative, you will be denied your FFL. |
