Let's see those HK collections! (Page 4 of 55)
I bought (stole would be more accurate) it from a doctor who put it away after buying it from Fred Vollmer in 1985. He told me he had never fired it and I was skeptical, until I received the gun, sure enough it was in mint condition. Looked like this Pic when I got it. I added the factory 53 forearm, four pronged flash hider and, A2 stock. Shoot's like a dream too! |

It's silver-soldered on, and a cross between a HK (thread portion) and FAL StG 58 (Hider portion). Todd at Rapid Fire made it. He also did one for my Galil. KF |

Howdy there, I have almost the same weapons that you have except my 45cal is a expert HK,and the rifle is a HK 91 A3 and I have the A2Stock with it. They HK have the best weapons out there by far! I have a Rock River goverment model that I bought from them right off the self. With the Eotech 552. A hell of a weapon Plus others. I just joined the AR-15 forum and will send a picture of all my Kids and My two trusty Dogs. And also I will show you what I feed my Kids. First meal of the Day is Hydroshock and a little bit of corbon. Talk to you people later Underfolder 76239 [email protected]

Thanks davidp14. I guess I must have done something a little different while trying to post those pics. I believe I used the image tag, however on another board which I am a senior member on, there is a way to preview your post before submitting it. I'm new here and I guess I need to do that next time before submitting. To answer your question, that is an HK SL8-1 conversion to an HK G36K SBR clone. The exact weight of the firearm, I do not know. It is however less than an SL8-1, since the barrel is only 12.5 inches long. |
Its a very nice weapon for sure. I've been thinking about doing an SL8 to G36 recently. I'd just cut the bbl to 13.5" or so and perm. attach the FH though. (lazy mans SBR |

Very nice man! You guys need to stop posting pictures of these V53's. I'd hate to have to grab one up. |
