Does anybody know if DD's are legal in MA? I can't find the info anywhere. One link says SBR's aren't legal in MA but I Got one approved last July.

DDs, such as 40mm launchers, are legal in MA.

not allowed in MA are suppressors, SBSs, AOWs, and explosive DDs.

Thanks, where do you get this info? So a 203 is allowed, just not the explosive ammo? Chalk rounds would be OK?

I googled "NFA state laws," and got several websites with compiled info.

chalk rounds are fine, so long as there's no state/local law prohibiting them. HE rounds are DD's themselves, and each round requires a stamp...if you could even find a source that'd sell to you.
