Little slow today so I am starting a new Blade, If anyone wants to follow along.
This is a piece of leaf spring off a wrecked snow machine. It has been annealed, cut to length and kind of straightened.

I got the Blade profiled, drilled for pins, lightened and rough ground. It was hardened right after this pic and is in the oven tempering now.

The Blade is hardened and tempered and ready to finish.
