I didn't see this posted anywhere here, but the State Dept. is trying to raise ITAR fees by 40%-to-250% soon. This would affect many small businesses that don't even export. ITAR fees for Manufacturer FFL's planned to be going UP - Hit those Public Comment responses if you disagree |

From the river to the sea Palestine will be free. Zionist Crimes must end!" |

| I was told years ago (in writing) by DDTC that registration is not required if you do not import or export. I think the biggest issue is the ATF not having a clue about ITAR so they tell every 07 FFL that they MIGHT have to register because anyone doing business with other countries must register. |
