| What is usually the best angle to use with a Gatco sharpening system? Knives involved are SOG Flash, CRKT M16 and Kershaw Blur. Any thoughts on which angles produce the best edge? Would like to hear some opinions. |

The exact angles don't really matter, as long as you maintain the final edge below about 25 degrees or so.
