Hey guys...
I just sent the paperwork on my Form 4 in... Filing it under my LLC. My question is... I didn't include any information regarding my LLC... Such as including a copy of my "Articles of Incorporation". Did I screw up in not sending anything? Or will they somehow look up the corporation and check things that way? Reason I ask is I just found out that if you file under a trust you're supposed to send a copy of the trust... Anybody got some input? |

Have no experience on LLC transfer but I would think you would have to send some paperwork for it. Don't worry, just wait until your error letter come home 6 months from now and handle it then. Its too early to fix any mistakes. |

When I sent mine in all I did was include a copy of the Certificate that the state sent me showing that the company has the Articles of Organization on file. |

Guess I'll wait for the error letter or however it is they notify you. Hopefully this doesn't add TOO much time to my wait. LOL... This is my first NFA item and I'm going crazy already... And it's only been a few weeks since purchase... and a week since I mailed the stuff! |
