| At 21 years old I'm at a very mobile state in my life. I don't know where I'll be working in the next year. Assuming I start the paperwork on a suppressor, get the suppressor and then I move to a suppressor friendly state can I just bring it with me? If I move to a suppressor unfriendly state can I just put it in a safety deposit box in a suppressor friendly state? |

From my understanding you're correct on both accounts, but considered this a bump for more qualified opinions. |

Three of our four neighbors don't allow them and the fourth is a jobless wasteland. |
Probably going to be outside the 3 unfriendly states. I'm hoping Indiana or North Carolina. However, it could be MN, CA or MA. It all depends on what graduate school I can get into. Things are going to get busy for me in the next 5 years and I'd rather just get one here in WI. I'm planning on coming back to WI but would like to know what will happen if I move to a state that like it when shooters are deaf

Both are correct. If you find yourself in a friendly state, you can change your ID and fill out the 5320.20 while the Form 4 is processing, then pick it up and take it to your new home state. Otherwise, maintain a permanent address in your current state, and place in secure storage until you come to your senses. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
