I got a Form 4 sent back to me for an error, dealer forgot to print his name in the box with his title next to his signature. I was a bit surprised since I was expecting that it would be sent to my dealer not me. Do I just fill his name in (the "print name" section) or do I need to have him do it?

Not sure about yours, but may I add in my own Form 4 question...
After looking over the copy Form 4 my dealer gave me, their FFL "expires" in July of this year. When the ATF reviews my form, what will happen? Will they send a correction letter for the FFL to update or something? |
