Does anything like this exist for Marlin handguard? I'd like a little of the modularity of the dark series but on something like the Trapper or SBL series. If I had woodworking skills I could just do it myself, but this isn't in my skill set.

Skinner offers an mlok light mount that mounts onto your mag tube, fyi. You could also carefully drill an mlok mount onto your front end, you may have to shim it though. https://skinnersights.com/collections/accessories-1/products/lever-light-mount |
