I,m haveing  the worst time locationing a flashlight mount for my shotgun ––-any ideas

A Streamlight TLR-1 mounted to a short piece of pic rail on the forend (no curly cords) or between the mag tube and forend wher you can reach it easily is pretty much bulletproof.

I have the LaserLyte mount. It works great for me but some have had problems with it. Cosmos556 has a cool one that he highly recommends, hopefully he will post it.

I've become a big fan of Nordic parts on my M2.  I'm using this setup to place a rail between the tubes.

Positions the light in a perfect place, far enough forward there is no shrouding of the light from the barrel and the on / off button is just in front of my left hand.
