I'm sure this is a stupid question but I'm curious on what an FFL has to do on a transfer when their customer is the seller.
Say I'm selling a firearm out of state and want to use an FFL on my side. Does he just put it in his bound book when he takes control of it and then write it as transfer once he ships it and call it a day? I know a stupid question but I've just been curious about it. |
