Somewhere there were designs to build one using a flashlight for a power source and it came to about $15. Anyone have the link or the instructions?

i have the outers commercial one. it worked, but not as good as elbow grease and then a shoot/ clean regime for a couple cycles. more pain than it was worth.

to answer your question: the guys over at milsurshooter.net had the directions. however they had a hacker crash their sire awhile back, and i don't know if the directions are still their. good bunch of guys, if you ask i'm sure they will help you out.

There's a set of directions floating around somewhere. Try asking on the milsurp boards.
