| Since last friday my ffl and i have been trying to submit for my dead air. Keep getting this message “you have been denied access” when its time to put my user name and pin in . Atf just keeps passing us off and never gets it fixed. Changed pin, checked all info. Exactly matches everything. Anyone else ran into this? We cant submit it until it will take my user id and pin and atf has not helped at the help desk or responded by email |
