| I am going to give Eforms a try. On the form 1 it ask for a description, do I just put "Receiver" or should I just leave that blank? |

If your talking 4a, b, c, d, e, & f.
You have to fill them in.. There is no 4 by itself.. thats the header for the section. and nothing goes in that tiny line area. (even says complete 4a-4f) on the paper copy. Maybe print out the paper form 1 so you have a reference.. thats what I did before filing anything.. 4h Additional Description is for extra markings and is usually left bank by 99% doing SBR's.. |

If you put "receiver" in that description box, you are legally required to engrave the word "receiver" on your rifle. That box in EForms is equivalent to 4h on a paper form, which indicates other markings on the firearm. It does not show up on the Submitted or Approved version, but I don't know if it shows up in their system or not. |
