Anyone else see trends in their preferences for EDC knives?
Sorry if old discussion...

I am partial to cold steel.  Knives and push daggers

I have a Benchmade Stryker 910 that has faithfully served for the past 15 years.

I'm pretty solid on 3-3.5" folders with a flipper, liner lock, no serrations, and composite scales.

The spyderco Paramilitary 2 is an excellent EDC. I really LOVE the compression lock now that I've gotten used to it.

My preferences went from full-serrated to half-serrated, 3"-3.5", liner lock folders to plain-edge, frame-lock, Axis Lock or Tri-Ad Lock folders.
I've also learned to appreciate 4"+ blades and Spydie holes and flippers vs. studs.
I now prefer tip-up carry and deep-pocket clips...
My favorite EDC is now a ZT 0560 Hinderer design.

Thanks,
Lee

I am pretty big fan of the ZT line. I use to like serrations and the biggest blade I could get. My EDC used to be the CRKT M21-04G without serrations. Over time it all changed for a better size and weight. Ended up with the ZT350 nice little blade.
