How long have Form 3's been taking? I won a gunbroker auction on Feb 4 for a Rex MG7 30 cal can. Dealer in Utah said he sent the Form 3 application in sometime the following week. Still no movement on the can |

The ones I've been getting lately have averaged 7. |

I've harped on how all NFA should be, but the ATF would give nothing away if eF3s were instant approvals. They are going from one known, licensed entity to another. All necessary vetting has already been performed. There is no reason they should not be automatic and instant. |
