Today, I received a white envelope with the big book in it. Then I received a manila envelope with other papers in it. Form 1370 Requisition of Firearms/Explosives Form Open Letter to Collectors of C&R FOrm 3310.11 Federal Fireamrs Licensee Inventory theft/loss report Personal Firearms Record Form 5300.38 Application for Amended Federal Firearms license However, I didn't receive the coveted blue envelope. Should i have received it with these two above? Is it normal to get these first? Can anyone help me? thanks |
