[ARCHIVED THREAD] - CMP Repeat Order Question

I'm about to send out my second ever order from the CMP (M1903M1 and a Dane Rack Grade) and I want to make sure that I understand the repeat customer procedure.

I DO NOT need to include my C&R again
I DO NOT need to have the order form notorized
I DO NOT need to include citizenship proof
I DO NOT need to include my club proof

All I need to do is include my existing customer number and the three forms, correct?

You just need to send in their 3 page order form all filled out. You don't need to have the notary sign the notarization form, but you do need to send it again with your fresh signature on it. That's it. Gotta love having them send it right to your door!!
