I bought a BF6030HD from Safe and Vault in 2016. The transaction and delivery went smoothly. The safe failed after a year, from what I believe was a manufacturing issue. However, the locksmith who repaired the safe indicated the way S&V installed an accessory may have been a factor. Unfortunately for me, all this occurred after the 1-year warranty expired, and AMSEC provided horrible customer service in addressing the issue. |

Unfortunately you're not the only recent person to complain about customer service. After reading TheSafeGuy's thread I was convinced that was the way to go but maybe not. |
