Question #8 asks, "Applicant's Business is.... Individually Owned, A Partnership, A Corporation, Other". Since I want the license to be issued to my LLC would I put down "Other" and then list LLC? - Check Corporation, because technically you're a copr., just a limited liability one

Check Corporation, because technically you're a copr., just a limited liability one
