I hate the little ok of the Magpul forend but I want to run a light with a pressure pad on a 590a1. I was wondering if anyone had used this particular forend.

I like how the Magpul forearm elevates the light above where your fingers are located on the forearm.  While this one is different, the light position is similar. I bang my knuckles and fingers every time I shoot it with the light in place. I imagine that would the same case with the one you linked.   |
