| I just got at Model-1 action block so I can work on my upper receiver. I have a BCM upper and I placed it in the cation block. I noticed that i wiggles around in the action block a little. Is this normal? I thought it would grip it tight. It just doesn't seem right. |

I borrowed one a friend made mostly with a dremel that had a little wiggle. He recommended using aluminum tape to snug it up, and that is what i used. It worked well, it was the only one i ever used, so I cant say if it is normal or not, only that the tape on the upper worked well to snug things up. You may just be the victim of tolerance stacking, ie. a low end of spec upper, with a high end of spec block, giving two parts that are both in spec but don't quite fit. I would have to assume though that it would be better to have a block that is slightly loose rather than one that is too tight to use.
Or maybe it is just too late and i should be sleeping right now instead of giving advise
