What would be a good quality, cheap priced at15 to have ?

I want to get one to practice firing the rifle because of the similaritys of the ar15 and the m16a2.

Oxymorons. Go to the Bob Pope gun show in Smyrna next month & buy one from Classic pawn & Gun. You can get a NIB one for under $900 these days. Good luck on finding a decent used one.

Go with a Rock River Arms, or maybe a Cav arms, both very good quality at good prices, for just a little bit more you can get a Bushmaster.
