I'm looking for a good source and some information on this round.  I found some Igman, but from what I've read on other boards (not .50 BMG) the reviews were mixed and a lot more negative than I'd like to see.

I also found some on the Century Arms website apparantly made by them.

Finally, I found some on the ammunition store website made by Star Air, Inc.  That's linked though, so I'd have to de-link it.

So far that's what I've found.  I want to buy it in quantity, not 10 or 20 rounds at a time.  If needed I could handload it, but at the moment I'm not set-up to load .50 BMG, though I hope to be in the near future.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd consider reloading.

Honestly, do the math.   How much would it cost you to buy and have shipped to you 1k rounds(consider that it's only going to be more expensive as components dry up over time and gas prices go up to effect shipping).

The price for 1k rounds of loaded 50BMG is easily going to be around 1500-1600 dollars right now before shipping.

Compare to what the components and the press would cost you, say 500 rounds worth of brass, 1k primers, 1k of mixed variety bullets, and then 40 pounds of powder.    The price is going to be comparable.

A 50BMG press pays for itself VERY quickly if you shoot a lot of 50BMG or figure you are going to buy a lot of supplies before they get scarce and use them over time.
