| My son has one of these carbines that he got a while back. We decided to take it to the range today but the bayonet doesn’t want to stay closed. Is there a spring inside that little button? I haven’t taken it apart yet to look but didn’t know if you guys knew and if so where I could get one or some measurements so maybe I could order one? |

Thank you guys. I will pull his apart and see if there is anything left of the spring. Maybe I can match it up? If not I’ll just order that whole button I really appreciate it. The Carcano was fun to shoot. He was given another Carcano that bubba got a hold of. I don’t know if we could find a stock and save it or not |
