I have a heavy barrel 522 that is damn accurate. It is the Walmart 20 version with the standard handguard.
I have done the ar15 trigger spring mod, which made fro a much lighter trigger. Problem is the pull is like a three stage trigger, (long) I have a hard time with this gun making shots offhand with any accuracy I can shoot this gun Prone or kneeling all day long and get excellent accuracy. who makes a trigger with a shorter take up? This would make this a much better Squirrel hunting rig with a better trigger. |
