I have always bought my ar's and then added to them, but this time I wanted to build my own from scratch. I wanted a lightweight gun and I started with a polymer lower and I've completed the lower build. Now I'm looking to build the upper.....what do you guys suggest as far as where the best place to buy my parts is? I'm looking to just build a basic lightweight model. I've got many other ar's with all the bells and whistles, and I want one that's lightweight and easy to move around.

I like JSE surplus but im biased cause I live 15 mins from their retail location. 
They normally have excellent customer service and good prices. And carry a wide range of products from the complete entry level to fairly high end products. Ive been getting most of my orders within one to two weeks on backordered items. |
