here is a pic of my osprey/fail zero setup
the bolt hammer charging handle and cam pin are direct from the failzero site (I added the ambi catch) the carrier and piston parts are what come in the osprey kit, looks great and I have never seen something so smooth with no lube it almost feels wet, carrier feels like it glides back and forth in the upper like it is not even touching
