I run BCM standard springs in all my carbines, save my Factory Colt lower which has one of their standard springs. |

When you say "standard" (buffer) spring you might get a rifle not carbine.
Any carbine spring should work fine. These things are supposed to be able to mix and match parts from different manufactures. But there are folks out there sell some crap.. that way you buy more, much more often. |
