Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - buffer spring

I bought a collapsible stock off of the equipment exchange.  It came with two buffer springs.  Do I need to use both springs are they installed back to back.  I have shot it with one spring and it seams to work fine.  I only put 100 rds through it though.
