what is the longest wait .anybody has had on an order from olympic arms..

Forever, if you order a complete rifle. Remember, they send you a magazine with your gun. Those 45 acp uzi mags are RARE.

I had almost no wait once I realized what they did and switched my order to just an upper.

Ditto. I called in November 2007 to order a .45 upper. The guy on the phone said it would be delayed by magazine availability.

"It's going on a Cav Arms lower", said I. "Oh boy, then you're all set", quoth he. It came in about 2 weeks.
