I have a L&S Ultra 10x M3A. I was wondering if there are any better adjustment knobs that can be put on this scope. Also what could this item sell for?

Check the Hide. People that are building M-24 clones will be interested. I would get a modern scope and not mess with the turrets. The 1MOA adjustment will get you to max effective range with a .308 in one turn, and be good enough to hit an E type at range.
