Just got off the phone with Houston regarding a very minor issue with a scope I purchased. He was very accomodating, polite, and professional. Even offered to ship a part out to me for free without me even having to ask for it. Just wanted to share the great experience I had with them, after the mostly horrible experience I have with other companies.
