Putting together my upper tonight (Stag receiver, extension, BCG, KOTONICS barrel) the carrier doesn't want to mesh with the gas tube. What could cause this?

- Barrel nut not perfectly indexed with the upper receiver.
- Or, the gas tube is simply bent from installation.
Either of these would cause the gas tube to sit off center in the upper receiver preventing the carrier and bolt from fully closing.
