[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Upper Assembly

I'm looking for a 5.56 upper assembly with a short picatinny free float rail, but still has the stock front sight? Low cost option being the best. Any suggestions???

Check out Palmetto State Armory's options, was just looking at what they had for uppers this morning.
Plenty of stock options at what appears to be really good prices.

I've done the looking, which is why I posted hoping someone would have first hand knowledge of where this was available. All I have found are either MOE handguards with the front sight gas block OR the free float picatinny rail. I've been unable to find anything with both.
